Writing, and writing, and writing with no trace of criticism shows the superficial thinkers’ viewpoint, which comes out of some people’s mind that mostly, live in developing countries. It goes back to the World Wars after which nations got divided into parts such as, developed and developing countries. Superficial thinkers’ viewpoint is that clearly visible in developing countries in which schools teach students how to copy sums of samples and then using their creativity (!) to put them together to make a new (!) one.
We start having conversations with people around whether close ones or the ones that live in far distances or other countries. Why? Let us take the communication and conversation as a snapshot which is part of a movie that you have not seen before. What do you see and what is in it? I consider it as a part of speech which would get us a vague clue about the plot; although, it would be possible to guess some parts of the movie of it. But what is trying to be said is that there are conversations and communications in our life that behind is the knowledge about the discussing subject. And here behind the snapshot is a plot, is a story. There are movies which have been set in order to make sums of money and fame some poor actors and actresses and nothing beyond and further those objectives. On the other hand, we have writings as well that the writers just wanted to clutter papers with words of nonsense. They all trick people and do not want human beings to learn and gain something new from what they have written. Watching the snapshot you could implicit guesses only, and tell what might have happened before this scene. While listening to others’ speech you would get what they have learnt in their entire life and what they know about the world they live in – both physical and mental ones. So that in a piece of one’s writing the thing that would be understood is not only the writer’s purpose of making it, but also is his or her knowledge and creativity.
Knowledge is the main tool that provides the writing with supporting ideas, which I got them as the flesh of its skeleton, [the main idea], cover and make the writing more effective. This is only the flesh and skeleton. What about the skin and hairs? In order for a human to look normal he needs to have at least basic components such as, skeleton, bones, skin, hairs, face and so on. Here is a necessity for writings to contain at least two following things: First, the main point. Second, the author’s knowledge. But still something is clearly missing. Yes! Creativity. Let me enlighten you how they are related. Suppose that you are reading some pieces which are informative and realistic as if you are only reading a piece of news. It has juxtaposed the things occurred, and there is no criticism. Even so, you expected a piece of critical one. So you have not been satisfied by the kind. For the reason that you do not feel like looking at people whose body has not been covered with skin! That is what creativity does with the writings.
What exactly we do need to learn and know about is how to manage all these, how to write as we are informed enough and want to touch up the piece by the means of our creativity.
In our education system during the very first eight years of learning, there are only samples to copy. Then, further in high school how to write a letter of complaint or writing on your diary is available in literature book. When there was no chance for us to learn how to criticize even a plain, particular subject, why are we supposed to criticize? Nobody would listen to us (nobody would even hear us!). So we will not be able to be that creative and think critically. As a result, the same would happen to our writings. Until there’s no suggestion (from the critics), there would not be a great success both in our private life, and the national subjects. I myself make a lot of mistakes while writing. It shows that I did not like and did not learn how to observe and copy some stupid models only in the case of talking about the school’s teachers’ method or the university’s professors who fail us. Nevertheless, these were the only subjects we were permitted to have discussions about openly. Is it the whole issue? In some cases, yes. But we do need to write about the way they manage the country, society and nation, about politicians and government, because all the organs are under their power and control. To cut it short, I am going to get to a conclusion. There are lots of subject that we can start with. You are absolutely right. Let us start with the foreign countries. In this case there is nothing to worry us about what we have written. Really, why would not we start criticizing with such subjects that are awaiting us eagerly and impatiently?! Read vastly to expand your knowledge and then write whatever comes to your mind – the fame act of brainstorming. The rest would run toward you. So open your arms gently. You would see the result is pouring out of your mind, goes through the pen and then precious words are appeared after the tip of pen touches the white thirsty paper.
